Atty. Elaine O. San Juan has extensive experience in U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Law, representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (e.g., change/extension of status applications, adjustment/green card and work authorization applications, including labor certification applications under the Program Electronic Review Management [PERM] regulations, and naturalization interviews), business-based immigration such as H1-B, EB-5 Investor's Visa, E-2 Treaty Traders Visa, family-based immigration, VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) cases, consular processing matters and litigating removal /deportation cases. Attorney San Juan is committed to helping families and businesses in navigating through the complex immigration process. She brings a deep understanding and insight of the law to all her clients.
